Court Update:

Presenting the 34 grounds of objections against the 15 amended charges, San Mike Ozekhome stated Citizen Nnamdi Kanu was extraordinary renditioned from Kenya to Nigeria.

The illicit abduction of Citizen Nnamdi Kanu, does not permit any further Trial, hence charges lack merit.
As the Law says, he is still in Kenya, until the Law takes its course and Nigeria has no Territorial jurisdiction to Try Citizen Nnamdi Kanu.

San Mike Ozekhome in his further submissions, “The amended charges are baseless, as the Location and Date of the alleged crimes, were not properly stated in the charges”.
