DSS Must Release Nnamdi Kanu Same Day If He Is Discharged & Acquitted On April 8 by gidgiddy: 9:04pm On Feb 18, 2022
Three days ago, Lawyers to IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu, Mike Ozehkome SAN, and Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor, filed a motion at 5he resumed trial of Nnamdi Kanu.

They filed 34 grounds on which the entire 15 count charge against Kanu should be dismissed and Nnamdi Kanu discharged and acquitted. Of the 15 charges against Kanu, 14 of them have to do with what he said on his Radio station in London. The last one is about importing a Radio transmitter, which is not even against the law.

In March 2017, Kanu was facing an 11 count charge and 6 of them were struck out for lacking in merit. There are 3 things that will happen on Kanu's next court date, April 8th:

1) The judge strikes out none of the charges and the trial will continues

2) Some of the charges are struck out and the trial continues on the remaining charges

3) All the charges are struck out and Nnamdi Kanu is discharged and acquitted.

Should the last example play out on April 8th, should Justice Binta Nyako strike out all 15 charges and discharge Kanu, the DSS should have no excuse not to release Nnamdi Kanu that same day
