A guy offered to Sell me his Dell INSPIRION 15 corei5 Hdd for 70k. Please what are the things I should look out for before giving this guy my hard earned money for this Laptop.

check and inspects all the ports, especially the usb ports for any defects, test it with a mouse or phone usb cable. check for the battery duration readings in the desktop screen. test it with the charger and see it, plug in charging and battery percent increasing. check the vent and fan area, observe that the fan is working or use a app called speedfan to test if the fan is in working order. check for the speakers, observe that the sound is good, set the volume to maximum, not cracking, rattling, cos these are signs of a defective or broken speakers. check if the camera is connected and working, test the cd dvd drive, if it has one. try and open the laptop, hold it by the screen bezel, flip it to any angle and observe if the screen is not flickering or distortion on the screen, cos these are signs of a bad flex connector. inspect the lcd screen for physical damages, burn in screen scruffs, black spot, broken screen. over all check for the cosmestics neatness of the laptop.
