Anthony Ujah has agreed terms to join German club Mainz on a four year deal worth 2.5 million Euros.

The forward is expected to leave Norway for Germany on Sunday ahead of a medical on Monday.

Ujah, 20, is the Norwegian Premier League top scorer with 13 goals in 12 games this season, and also finished the last campaign with a barn-slamming 27 goals from 33 games.

Those numbers drew interest from clubs in Germany, Denmark, France and Russia with Lille and Denmark in the forefront.

But both sides failed to meet Lillestrom's valuation, with Brondby dropping out only last week.


Officials from Mainz were in Norway to watch the Nigerian under-23 international blast four goals past Stromsgodset last weekend, and promptly negotiated a deal.
