Soludo Revolution Gains Support, As FG Patronizes More Of Innoson Motors by SoludoTV: 8:10am On Feb 21, 2022 |
The Federal Government of Nigeria appears to be taking a cue from Prof Chukwuma Charles Soludo, Anambra State Governor-elect on his transformational leadership disposition that he will make Innoson Motors his official Vehicle when he assumes office as Governor of Anambra State Prof Chukwuma Charles Soludo, a world renowned economist, has, during his electioneering campaign leading to the November 6, 2021 governorship election in Anambra State, told Ndi Anambra and Nigerians that he would make Innoson Vehicles his official vehicle if elected Governor of Anambra State The need to look inwards and patronize locally made goods coupled with the patriotic and transformational leadership disposition exhibited by Soludo seems to have gained support from the Federal government of Nigeria who in recent times has been increasing its Vehicular orders from Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Limited, (IVM), a Nigerian automobile manufacturer based in Nnewi, Anambra State, Nigeria The IVM founded by an Igbo entrepreneur, Chief Innocent Chukwuma have also gained wide market acceptability from other African countries such as Ghana, Mali, Sierra Leone etc The good news, however, is that in recent times the Federal Government of Nigeria has been increasing its orders from Innoson not only for the Super Executive IVM G80 but also for mass transit Buses. Last week, it was reported that the Federal government bought additional five IVM Buses bringing the number in its fleet to seven. The Buses, according to the report, are to be deployed as shuttle Buses in the Federal Capital Territory to ease transportation in the city This gesture and patronage of Innoson Motors by the FG has been commended by well meaning Nigerians as the right way to go in solidifying the nation’s economy by being self-reliant and less dependent on imported foreign goods Soludo, who has continually pioneered the idea as Anambra State Governor-elect, has equally received commendations from Ohanaeze Ndigbo Worldwide and Nigerians on his decision to adopt the Innoson brands of Vehicles as his official vehicle when he formally assume office in few weeks’ time! https://www.soludo.tv/2022/02/21/soludo-revolution-gains-support-as-federal-govt-patronizes-more-of-innoson-motors/ cc. We all know Soludo is qualitative. Once qualitative, forever qualitative. We saw him in CBN and he didn't need to campaign to us. He just needed our prayers and had it and is having it. 1 Like |

Government should make a law making it compulsory for govt itself to patronize things manufactured locally 1 Like |

Federal government agencies, including the military, have been patronizing Innoson since the inception of this government. It has nothing to do with Soludo's pronouncement. The source is Soludo's website; no wonder. ![]() |

You mean federal government bought 5 vehicles from Innoson or 500 vehicles? I need clarification on that because if it's actually 5 units that a whole federal government will buy then that's rubbish!! 1 Like |

SmartPolician: Lol I laughed when I read his post. They like to claim credit for every positive thing, but ignore negatives from their region. They pick on negatives from other regions. |

fyneguy: It has nothing to do with a region. It was an article written by someone or people who manage(s) the Soludo website. |
