Cameroon have approached Anthony Elanga to switch international allegiance to them, reports say. After making his Manchester United debut against Leicester City and opening his account for the club against Wolves a few days later last year, Elanga has become a useful member of the first-team squad. Interim boss Ralf Rangnick in particular has taken a liking to the young winger and given him plenty of first-team opportunities since he replaced Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. Elanga was born in Sweden and moved to England at the age of 12 to join United - therefore making him eligible to play for the Three Lions internationally. But according to Footazimuts, Cameroon are making moves to try and convince him to play for them. Elanga's father Joseph, a left-back, represented the central African country 17 times and played at the 1998 World Cup.
