Mine is number 2. I don't really belief in the science and mysticism around numbers and all of that but Sha I'll see what that has to say. You can make a research on it and clear things up.

I have always seen the number 19,4 in no particular order especially when I check the time it's always 19 minutes after sth

My mum passed away on 19 of 4th month

11 symbolizes Relationship, marriage, companionship and balance. 8 symbolizes a new begining. I.e an end of something and a begining of something new. 4 symbolizes Labour or struggle. It's isn't a good number. It is the opposite of favour. I.e u will have to labour or struggle to get something. It could be money, food etc. Animegirl.
