Hello, please can anyone help me? I applied for my lost passport at Alausa through a passport agent on 24th/02/1988 which is Thursday.

I then decided to confirm and track my application online with the application id that I was given but I keep getting "Application not found".

Please can anyone who applied at Alausa, through an agent, help me check if they can track their application online? Especially if you are applying for a missing/lost passport.

Please help me, so that I can go back and fight with the correct information for my application on time. And they won't lie to me and tell me that is how it is meant to be.
