The patient is an outpatient that was brought to buy medications, you can only sue them if your admitted inpatient lost... There are hundreds of people at the queue waiting for drugs.. He's liable for the missing of his mother.. Yabaleft has a pyjamas dress their patient normally wear which means you can't go out... If you are wearing a casual dress and someone brought you to the hospital they will let u in and go out at any time... They only not allow their inpatient to go out.. Find your fact

That's very bad for someone to see his mum suffer mental issue at the same time got missing

It is very disheartening. My prayers to the man and the entire family to see the woman again with body parts intact.
The Yaba security agency should due the needful to this very issue.

Sad. The story sounds credible enough but truth be told, unless you had specifically asked the security to help keep tab on your sick mom, there isn't much they could have done. The yaba hospital has exactly 2 exit points and she could have simply stood up and walked out thru any one of them. No security would have questioned her because no one knows the nature of her problem -- it's not a part of their job description. And also, where your mom was attended to and where you go to pay for medicines are two separate compounds that are probably 2 - 4 minutes apart so he could have simply taken her there or ask someone to help watch over her. But it's unfortunate and i hope she is found safe.

From what I see in the story the mother was never on admission so she wasn't the responsibility of the hospital. How can you leave a patient with dementia alone even to go and buy drugs? Someone should have been with her at all times.

No, he should g and take his bed at Aro. The two of them cannot be at the same place. The guy's illness is worse than the mother's.

Everybody dey form hard guy, can you see that there is no hard guy anywhere. The hard guy cannot hold his tears because his mother is missing. May God let the woman be found TODAY TODAY so that everybody's mind will be at rest, and the hard guy too can be taken for counselling. He needs counselling, nobody will give a job to a criminal looking nincompoop. Not even the job of a cleaner. Even if you are running your own business, who will patronize somebody looking like Satan's last born.

The guy is an idiot for designing is useless body from head to toe like that, but he is very very caring of his mother. How many of us are as caring as this guy? I doubt if I am.

She wasn't on admission yet actually.. so she was still in custody of her son.. but the hospital could've done better. Hope she's found..
