Dear Friends,

An FCMG currently requires the services of a managerial staff with the following competencies to fill the position of a Human Resource Manager in the company.

The role will be[b] RESPONSIBLE[/b] for;

A.            Creating Constantly Revised Operating Manual by revising The Job Procedures and Job    Description

1.            Revising and updating job procedures and job descriptions for every staff members

2.            Developing standard and up-to-date training procedures/manuals based on the company’s happenings/updates

3.            Successful management of the works of every staff members in all departments through thorough supervision and by seeing to it that   everyone follows his/her job procedures

4.            Effective file management measured by the ability to keep proper records/files and sort them out appropriately AND creating staff files for each staff members to contain the details of their individual documents.



B.            Itinerary supervision

5.            Functional and effective itinerary structuring for the managers measured by the ability to see that each managers follows his/her job.

5.            Accurate and efficient delivery of management meeting’s minutes/ reports.

6.            Development and execution of the company’s plans following MD’s directives

7.            Standing in for the MD on official issues as directed



C.            Developing Schedules for training and planning

8.            Ensuring staff training to be conducted from time to time by creating annual training schedules based on identified staff needs.



D.            Recruitment, hiring and firing

9.            Structuring an effective and productive new staff recruitment by conducting a thorough interview for candidates

10.          Developing the effective hiring procedures and methodology

11.          Writing letter of hiring, firing, and memos of warning etc



E              Staff welfare

12.          Creating an enabling work environment for staff to work and perform.

13.          Getting feedback from the staff members of their welfare and the company





QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE

-          A BSC/HND degree in any relevant field with 5 to 7 years core experience in HR or with a HR consulting firm.

-          Certification in CIPM will be an added advantage

-          Should be able to use one HR Software

-          Ibadan
