There are some exercises you need to do and they fall into these categories below: 1. Strength Training Exercises: It is called strength training because you are basically working out with some weights that you are comfortable with like dumbbell, kettlebell, bar bell, resistance band. Examples are Thruster and goblet squats, Dumbbell rows, Dumbbell chopper, deadlift , Lunges, Glute bridge etc 2. Abdominal Exercises such as sit-ups, donkey kicks, AB bicycles, plank pose, bird-dogs, v - ups, side plank dips, plank swivel, basic crunch etc 3. Cardio Exercises such as walking, jogging, skipping, swimming, dancing, jumping jacks, using the Trend-mill etc 4. Use some exercise tools..
