We humans made up marriage.
Marriage between two people is an agreement that they'll stay together until death.

But other than that, everything else was made up too. Like Sex before marriage.
Other than this, scientifically speaking there's nothing wrong in it.

Sex before marriage is not wrong, immoral, and it is always a good idea. Any authority that says otherwise is both lying and has an agenda.
