PHR Solutions Ltd is currently recruiting for the role of a Digital marketing Specialist for one of its clients, a clothing and Fashion line in Nigeria. Just one smart, brilliant and intelligent candidate will eventually take the seat. This can be you.
The ideal candidate will expand the company's brand presence by finding the target audience to distribute marketing content to. You will create and implement the marketing strategy using both offline and online methods to gain new customers. You will create content and maintain effective, cohesive, and engaging brand messaging and content across all platforms including all Social Media Platforms, Websites, Blogs, Emails, newsletters, news, events, Influencers, PR, digital video scripts other content either with the team assigned or independently.

Responsibilities
• Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department
• Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
• Plan and manage our social media platforms.
• Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
• Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
• Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
• Work with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
• Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field.
• A minimum of 2 years experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
• Highly creative
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
