How did you know it was AD 33? Because theologians and historians calculated from when he was born, pegging it at 0 AD. He lived for 33 years, hence the date 33 AD. The year 2022 is 2,022 years after he was born. Kappuch?!

Dating started after mankind was created not before. Hence the issue you're begging for answers about. If you're a Christian, you will understand the Bible says and " the earth was " meaning even at the creation of Life, the earth was already existing. All dating procedures takes into account the existence of the earth, while regular calendering takes into account the duration of mankind's existence on earth.

Hence all major calendars are dated based on :

YEARS BEFORE REIGN OF DAVID + YEARS TILL CHRIST WAS BORN + YEARS AFTER CHRIST WAS BORN TILL NOW which combined equates to around 4000 - 5000 + years.
