I've noticed you guys are betting according according to the teams you support. That is the easiest way to lose money. Also, you have to look at the prices to decide which ones will be profitable for you.
Re: Football Bets Of The Week by akinalabi(m): 12:20pm On Aug 10, 2007
Yeah. You have to look at the prices. I was talking
about backing Tevez at 20/1 because that's a massive
price.

Let me know once you open it. I'll show you
how you can fund it.

I don't use softwares to bet on footaball. I use
my football knowledge. It's just a hobby for me
and not a business.

That is 200/1. So you will win £200 if you
bet with £1. Plus your £1. That is £201.

If you're confident, go for it.

You're on the wrong thread mate. You can start one on
the Euro lottery. We'll join you there.

No one is hoping to get rich from betting on football. It
only makes it exciting.

And it's the excitement that matters to us.

The Mod will take this off if he deems fit.

Re: Football Bets Of The Week by ambjnr(m): 3:19pm On Aug 12, 2007
hello akinlabi whats the difference btw odds in decimals and the ones in fractions.and how is the earnings on each calculated.
Re: Football Bets Of The Week by suprted(m): 6:53pm On Aug 12, 2007
decimals are the fractions in decimal form. ie. 2.50 is 5/2 for instance. on sites like ladbrokes and will hill you can actually specify which ones you want. highly unfortunate about akinlabi's accumulator this evening.

But you're the one always saying the first week is almost imposible
to bet on. I bet you won't do that next year.

Week 2 is almost here,

You always say the begining of the season is difficult
to predict.

How would you have predicted Everton beating Spurs yesterday?

Blackburn 0 vs Arsenal 2

Liverpool 2 vs Chelsea 1

As for Man Utd, they really didn't start well but I see then back to winning ways.

You don't have to predict the correct scoreline
you know.

Just the outcome will be alright.
