400 farmers to benefit from Pelican Valley's 'Greenish Farm Estate'



No fewer than 400 farmers will benefit from an initiative being championed by one of the leading real estate companies in Nigeria, Pelican Valley Nigeria Limited.

The farm also aims to boost the economy of its subscribers to Pelican- Brief Estate, Kobape, Obafemi-Owode local government area of Ogun state.

The estate, which is less than two kilometres away from the Pelican Brief Estate, was conceptualised with the idea of igniting the economy around the estate and the Ogun State at large.


The Chief Executive Officer of Pelican Valley Nigeria Limited, Dr Babatunde Adeyemo, in a press statement said the farm Estate tagged ‘Pelican”s Greenish Acres’, comes with its own uniqueness as it contains some amenities that stand it out among others.


The statement read in parts, “Pelican’s Greenish acres “unlike” other farm lands will have a good access road to the Estate and all the acres.

“Furthermore the farm estate will be fortified with an adequate power supply, armed securities and periodic/daily drone surveillance among many other facilities.

“‘Pelican”s Greenish Acres’ will be launched with an introductory price of #3m per acre “all charges inclusive.

“Application forms for the Pelican”s Greenish acres is out and payments are now accepted….offer opens for just 400 Pelican Brief Estate subscribers”.

He, however, urged intending subscribers most expecialy those that have benefitted from the uniqueness of Pelican-Brief Estate, Kobape to protect their funds from the imminent global economic downturn by subscribing into the farm Estate.
