The very sound judgement by the erudite Justice of the FHC stands on both legal and moral ground and should be applauded by all genuine democrats

I am certain beyond any iota of doubt that both the Appeal Court and the Supreme Court will see the obvious wisdom in this landmark judgement to cleanse our political landscape of political prostitution and thus, not only uphold it, but give bark and bite to it.

This will prove to all and sundry that the judiciary is not just a co-equal arm of government, but is more importantly the sacred temple of justice and truth

My dear justice is not based on morality or emotion it is clearly on legality. It is crystal clear that the opposition PDP is have strong influence on the judiciary especially at the High court level. The judgement of Inyang was obviously an influenced verdict which is very damaging to the Judiciary because very soon the decision of the courts will loss it effects as people will have no trust in them anymore.
The judge is working for the PDP simple, considering his two rulings recently on the matters instituted by the PDP.
On the removal of a state governor from office the Constitution is clear about the conditions.
Anyone that has moral reason why the situation should change should pursue constitutional amendment.
Where was Wike and PDP when Obaseki of Edo State decamped from the APC to the PDP and also Otorm of Benue left APC to the PDP. He who comes for equity should come with a clean hand.
The APC has a problem of not being a United party if not, someone like Wike should not have had the chances to rant nonsense just to ridicule the ruling APC..

Umahi has no business with APC, he just want to be vice president in 2023.

My friend, you don't know what you are saying. Don't use these two people to justify the daily defecting from one party to another in Nigeria. These people didn't defect from Democrat to Republican or defected as of recently. They became independent which means they are still 100% Democrats. These people didn't defect recently unlike Nigerians where people move from one party to another party like prostitutes every day. In the USA here, the majority of Republicans are not on good terms and not happy with Trump, yet you will not see them leaving the party to another party. West Virginia Senator Joe Manchin is the most talked-about individual in the Democratic party because he opposed his own party bills and despite people saying all kinds of things to him, he didn't defect anywhere. Nigeria is a cursed country, every little thing, they move to another party even for no reason. When the election is coming, they move to another party for their selfishness and not for the good of the people. Take Zamfara state governor as an example; I can vividly remember that he left to APC to enable him and the federal government to tackle banditry. Today, what is happening in the state, killing is the business of the state. Nigerian citizens will just gather in a group and say we defecting to another party, stupid. I have never seen or heard such a thing in any country around the world except only Nigeria. Stop need to be put to it.

Unfortunately, they'd not have him back. He's given his enemies and rivals the opportunity to take over his position. I told a friend that Umahi would have problem after he defected because there was no justifiable reason for leaving his party. I see the same scenario play out in zamfara
