I heard Ghana pays a Constable equivalent of 200,000. Naira while Nigeria pays their Constable less than 50,000. I also read that Nigeria increases police salary on radio and newspapers every month but never in reality. Government is doing them 419. It's bad to be sincere. These clowns are asking for more weapons to kill civillians. The question remains; is Nigeria police underfunded to they are embezzling the funds. There is no retired IGP that isnt a billion. They should submit themselves to forensic audit of both weapons and funds before any additional fund is spent on the most corrupt police institution in the world.

I honestly believe a police officer that rose through the ranks of NPF to become and IGP lacks the moral right and will power to change the system. We need a brilliant lawyer of another person that is not a product of that institution. No good thing can come out of Nigeria police force. This is my humble take.
