He won't do it so as to become annoying but he will do it in such a way as to get your attention. His attraction for you makes him want to be as close to you as possible and that is one way in which he can do that without freaking you out.

V. He makes risque conversation. He makes sexual innuendos whose intensity varies with your moral fortitude. He gauges what you enjoy and what will assault your sensibilities; and he confines his sexual overtones to that. If he hasn't been your co-worker for a long enough time then his sexual suggestions may be offensive to you as he may not know you well enough to season his conversation.
