In a normal country a national state of emergency complete with curfew and military check points everywhere would have been put in place with all thats going on Nigeria, since its not being done, its proof that the government is in on the action kidnappers and terrorists.

And then its left to Nigerians to decide how to adjust their life to living in a country where your government is in league with kidnappers and terrorist, so that armies of vigilantes are now forming all over the country to protect their community form their own government.

I know people who can longer return to the nice houses thy have built in thier village all over Nigeria due to this issues.
