Pls nairlanders,I need u guys input and suggestions on my issue...the issue is this,I do fall asleep often and its affecting me..I want to stay awake and read at night but before u know it,sleep takes over..eg yesterday I took a sachet of nescafe yet before one hour I was fast asleep...pls any suggestion? How can I be awake more often at night in order to read? Pls this is serious ,I need suggestions... Mod pls push to front page for wider views |

- Eat as early as 7pm - Sleep for about 4 hrs (8pm -12am) - Read for 4 hrs (12am - 4am) - Sleep for about 3 hrs (4am - 7am) Goodluck 1 Like |

Bigman101: Maybe chips, cookies and any dink (could be water). Don't depend on coffee. You can with my initial post because you slept for four hours already. So if you still find yourself dozing after that, don't force it. Set your alarm to wake you up in the next 2 hrs (2am). Do that till you adjust your circadian rhythm. 1 Like |
