The Executive Chairman, Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, Abdulrasheed Bawa, has appealed to the youths and general public to embrace the Whistleblowing Policy of the Federal Government in exposing economic and financial crimes. In a statement titled, ‘EFCC Boss Meets Leaders of Mofeto Miracle Shurch, Tasks Nigerians on Whistleblowing’ and posted on EFCC Facebook page, Bawa assured that the policy was still in force and closely monitored by the anti-graft agency. He added that whistleblowers have the opportunity for legitimate earning by exposing economic and financial crimes that lead to financial recovery. The EFCC chairman encouraged whistleblowers to make use of the EFCC reporting app, Eagle Eye, which could be downloaded from Google Play Store or App Store, to report economic and financial crimes cases.
