Job Title: STUDIO ARCHITECT INTERNS

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job Description

1. Designing & producing of Architectural working drawings
2. Production of 3-Dimensional drawings.
3. Production of Shop drawings & other necessary details for client approval.
4. To carry out Site Measurement
5. To make sure that all projects drawings are executed to the letter as may be contained in the award letter & to our management standards.
6. Playing a part in projects and team management
7. Liaising with project officers about the feasibility of potential projects
8. Attend site meetings and report client’s complaints to be treated as required.
9. To represent the company as deemed fit by the management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

MIN QUALIFICATION: Bachelor's Degree / HND
MIN REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 1 Year

• Competency in MS Office, databases, and Auto-cad software

Job Title: Marketing Executive

Location: Gbagada, Lagos State
Job description
• Contribute to the implementation of marketing strategies
• Support the marketing HOD in overseeing the department’s operations
• Organize and attend marketing activities.
• Managing existing clientele.
• To source and explore new projects vis-à-vis introducing new clients.
• To attain minimum monthly sales target.
• To prepare a weekly report and monthly summary for management’s use.
• Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote the success of activities and enhance the company’s presence
• See all PROJECTS through to completion and evaluate their success using various metrics
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities & contracts opening.
• Collaborate with HOD in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
Requirement
• BSC/HND in marketing, business administration, or relevant field
• Proven experience as a Marketing officer or similar role
• Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
• Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Creativity and commercial awareness
• A team player with a customer-oriented approach.
• Must be able to drive with a valid driver’s license.
• Must be available for immediate resumption.
