Con someone please help with an estimate on the cost of building a condominium block.

I know there are many factors, so this is a rough estimate. Ignore cost of the land.

Building should house 500 - 600 units. Unit types can be equal mix of 1 to 3 bedrooms.
Enough internal car space (preferably from the ground to 3rd floor) to match the number of units.

Room quality should be such that one should be able to fairly get an average rent of 400 - 600k per unit.
