cool

Secrecy and Confidentiality is important to a Politician and they can pay for it at any cost

Buhari knows fully well if a Nigerian Doctor gets a hold of his medical history, such doctor might sell such information to the press and his Political rival and that would be a good grounds for impeachment

Imagine meeting Buni at Yobe teaching hospital HIV and AIDS ward just think of the damage it would do to his career

Simply inferiority complex.

Some of the Nigeria hospitals have same facilities with hospitals in abroad but some politicians would rather prefer to visit local one cos to them it's local and also, the inferiority complex of White doctor knowing better than black doctors

No sensible black person wants to visit hospitals abroad for treatment because when they go in there, they hardly come out alive. Oyinbos have no magic cure to diseases, they just constantly strive to improve their health care system. Their statistics categorically say that one in two will have cancer and that doesn't sound like people on top of their game in disease control.

Three challenges in heath sector- poor infrastructures, lack of human resources and insecurity.
Even if best hospital in the world is located here, politicians will still go abroad for medical treatment.
Insecurity will affect performance of health workers.

JUST IMAGINE BIDEN OR JOHNSON HAVING MEDICAL TREATMENT IN NIGERIA AND DICTATING POLICY INSTRUCTIONS FROM ABUJA TO US OR UK AS THE CASE MIGHT BE.

There is no comparison to the treatment and care you receive abroad and Nigeria.Abroad at the hospital you feel at home but in Nigeria it is as the doctors,Nurses and the rest are numb to pains, agonoes and sufferings.

One example,If you are to give birth in Sweden, the bed is warm and comfy with sparkling clean areas and beddings ,choice of food from the menu,as a patient you donot need to stress yourself. The nurses come in with a smile never complain no matter, how many times you call them. They are courteous and kind.

The reverse is the case in Nigeria,CS is tug of war, recurperation is hard in Nigeria while abroad you can start to walk around after 3 days. The Nigerian doctors behave like they are doing the patients a favour for treating them.Abroad patient is the king.

The Truth of this is in the Minds of The US, UK, THE SULTANATE IN NIGERIA AND PERHAPS SAUDI ARABIA AND FRANCE.. The "LIFELESS" COMMENTS OF TRUMP IS NOT IRRELEVANT. PUTIN'S INVASION OF UKRAINE IS PARTLY A REACTION TO THE MEDICAL TREATMENT.

I always pray not to get sick anytime i visit nigeria because of the condition of hospitals in Nigeria. Quack doctors everywhere. Nurses are the worst of them. Op, watch some medical series for oyinbo country then watch the hospitals they show you in nollywood and compare.
