If you are into real estate you should read this to the end because you will know how to make more money in real estate with ease. And don't forget to share it Firstly ask yourself this question... Who am I selling to? Where can I find them? What are they doing for a living? How much are they earning per month? How are you marketing to them? . Now let me explain those questions above to you… 1. Who am I selling to? Many people that are in real estate think everyone should be their customers without minding what type of people they are. It is either you target some set of people and you will make a lot of deals or you sell to everyone without any deal. Look around you… The majority of people that are buying houses or land are people that have already had money or people who want to make sure they are free from landlord problems. Remember I said the majority Target this set of people and you will make a lot of deals. 2. Where can I find them? Once you know the type of people you are selling to, make sure you know where to find them. In Nigeria, you can find them on Facebook or other social media networks but what works most is Radio. Most of these people can be using radio stations. And it is much easier than using the Internet. If you live in Ibadan, many real estate owners advertise on the radio…And if it is not working they won't be using it. You can use the internet but it is sweet if you use the radio even if it is a minute single. You can also find them at other places like Churches or mosques…You will just need to introduce yourself to them and how what you are can benefit them. 3. What Are They Doing For A Living? You should ask yourself this question because the way you will sell land worth #1m to a businessman is different from the way you will sell it to a salary earner. Know what they are doing and you can present your offer to them in a way that will make it easy for them. A businessman may find it easy to buy at once while the salary earner may prefer installments. 4. How much are they earning per month? You may be thinking that "what concerns me about that I just want them to buy" You are right, nothing concerns you and you shouldn't be stalking them up and down. But in reality, it is something you must know because you shouldn't expect someone earning #30000 to buy a real estate worth #80m. You are doing business and you are doing it to make money. Save yourself time and don't advertise to the wrong people. No matter how they won't buy from you. 5. How are you marketing to them? Don't just say " buy land" or buy a house Say something compelling and simple. For instance, you present yourself in this way... "If you don't want to stay one more year in another person's house then you must be ready to do what it takes…but don't I have a solution.." If you have any questions you can drop them.
