The USA also has hypersonic missiles and guess what ? Over 5000 thermonuclear war heads. So, just as Russia can destroy US cities, the US can destroy Russian cities. And besides, when you add NATO, Russia is up against circa 7000 thermonuclear war heads.

Small reminder - Nobody wins in a nulcear war.
Russia has more nuclear weapons than the entire NATO and US
