Nigerians would soon start buying diesel for N1000 per litre, and petrol for N300 per litre, according to Primate Elijah Ayodele, the founder of the INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church. The rise, according to Ayodele, would be due to an impending financial downturn. He warned that the Nigerian government will have problems affording workers because of shortage or money. In a statement released by his media aide, Oluwatosin Osho, Ayodele said that as a result of the suffering, Nigerians would stone state governors and lawmakers.
