We need new labour laws

Employment contracts must be certified by Local Government authority through a dedicated labour office at the LGA office

All salary and allowances should go through banking system so as to have proof of payment and tax remitance

Industrial court must be setup accross all 774 LGA to swiftly tackle employment dispute

Employers must be mandated to use standardised Performance index measurements

Time registry must be used to ascertain work hours and overtime bonuses paid for extra working hours and services beyond your contracted agreed services
