DEPOSIT MOBILIZATION OFFICER
Deposit Mobilization Officer at Alert Microfinance Bank is responsible to source appropriately priced and mobilize structured deposit for the company from individual and institutional sources, meet, maintain and exceed set targets. Cultivate new clientele on a regular basis while increasing number of treasury services taken up by customers.
Key Deliverables
• To drive the deposit mobilization arm of the business.
• Mobilization of funds from private sectors entities, individuals and corporate agencies.
• Identify target markets with identified volumes to drive high volumes of new funds to the bank
• Work with the team to develop and implement a business development plan to improve the deposit mobilization and retention of deposit and also manage withdrawal attrition
• Contribute to the development of innovative savings products in line with customer needs
• Drive and maintain relationships with corporate clients and individual depositors
• Advice customers on funds status and generate new clientele on an on-going basis.
• Meet assigned targets and quota.
Key Requirements
• Minimum of B.Sc. or its equivalent in Marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 3- 5 years cognate experience from a reputable Microfinance Bank.
• Sound Risk Management experience and can mobilize deposit of Min of 25million Naira Monthly with good success rate and track records.
• Good knowledge of Deposit Mobilization
• Ability to drive deposit mobilization, retention of deposit and also manage withdrawal attrition

Branch Manager at Alert Microfinance Bank is responsible for the coordination, supervision of subordinates via evaluation and processing of loans and act as liaison between customers and the organization while helping qualified applicants acquire huge loans in a timely manner.
Job Description
• Coordinate, supervise, market loan products and process loan applications for Customers
• Oversee subordinates and evaluate loan processing to determine customers financial eligibility and feasibility of repayment of loans
• Determine all applicable ratios and metrics and set up loan payment plans
• Complete loan contracts and counsel clients on policies and restrictions
• Opening loan applications Conducting loan analysis by visiting the business and household of clients
• Visiting the business /employer of guarantors and preparing a complete loan assessment according to the bank’s credit procedures
• Presenting loan proposals to the credit units and informing the client about the decision of the credit units
• Ensuring punctual repayments of acquired loans from clients, contacting and visiting all parties based on needs
• Ensuring high quality standards of the bank’s credit portfolio
• Ability to meet and exceed targets while actively working to increasing business portfolio and client’s base.

Credit Risk Officer

Job Description

CREDIT RISK OFFICER

• Carry out a risk assessment of all loan applications and recommend approval as applicable.
• Improve and embed a risk management culture within the Bank.
• Liaise with the Departmental head to send relevant reports to regulators i.e. CBN and others.
• Ensure the Bank remains compliant in line with local regulations and internal policy requirements.
• Conduct a risk profile exercise to ascertain the residual level of risk exposure in the Bank.
• Report all due repayments in the Bank’s Risk Assets.
• Performs first level review and evaluation on all retail requests to ensure all recommendations are made in line with the Bank's risk acceptance criteria for specific retail loan product
• Confirms that all retail credit requests presented by the business offices through the bank's workflow platforms have all required data completed and supporting documents are attached for scrutiny for an informed lending decision making.
• Conducts internal credit checks is done within the bank for any retail credit presented, while further providing due interpretation for the credit check reports to ascertain credit worthiness of the customer.
• Conduct detailed collateral analysis, paying due attention to collateral acceptability.
Skills

• Customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision.
• Problem Solving, Critical reasoning, detail oriented.
• Excellent verbal, presentation and writing skills.
Requirements

• Min of B.Sc. or HND in Accounts, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics.
• Min of 2 years cognate experience as a Credit Risk Officer in a Microfinance Bank
