Today is World Atheist Day where we celebrate courageous and intellectual people who have abandoned faith for logic and blind followership for reason and common sense. Despite the gain made so far across the world, the atheist person is one of the most endangered human due to the repercussion that comes most times with questioning one's beliefs publicly. In many countries across the globe the punishment for atheism is death! Therefore, the goal of today is to normalise atheism, apostasy etc. To remind the world of their humanity. To make the world safer for people who have left their religion. And to remind people that leaving the religion of your parent is a choice you could make.
