3. The writing is an excerpt. It is neither the beginning nor end of Buhari's speech. It suggests someone who is just being mischievous or practicing with a piece.

4. The president has unlimited resources (aides and stationery) to have him personally craft his speech

5. For a hand-written speech, the absence of corrections or alterations suggests it is re-writing- not original.

6. The capital letters M & B in his signature are not consistent with the one in the last line (his name).
