What difficulty problems Have you solve using your creative ability?

This is my own creative testimony to a difficult problem.

I wanted to correct my proud boss who was make a serious mistakes that will affect us badly. I thought within myself how to correct without making him feel offended.

I started praising him, and he feel very happy due to the praise, then I corrected him, he ignored his idea and apply mine without feeling offended.
The same idea he have worked against several time.
