The problem with technocrats (and the reason why most of them fail). Is they fail to realize governance is not by book or theory. Most of them have book sense but are not street smart and either don’t understand the Nigerian people and pysche or they feel superior and are condescending towards the masses and therefore tend not to incorporate the pysche of the masses in their decision making.
