NWAG Scholarships for Nigerian Women 2022. In partnership with the Nigerian Women Association of Georgia (NWAG), the NWAG is providing scholarship possibilities to Nigerian females who wish to pursue a degree program in their home country. A total of 37 one-time scholarships, one for each state of origin and one for the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), in the price of three hundred dollars ($300) each, will be awarded to deserving female students enrolled in Nigerian colleges by the National Women’s Action Group (NWAG).

Eligibility:Female undergraduate students in Nigerian universities are eligible to apply, as are applicants who are Nigerian citizens.

Applicants are needed to submit the following documents with their completed application form on or before May 30, 2022, along with their full application form:

The university’s letter of origin or a letter from your local government agency are both acceptable forms of proof of state of origin.
Two letters of recommendation from any two of the following individuals: a Church Pastor/Mosque Imam, a Village Head, a Local Government Chairperson, or one of your lecturer’s faculty members
A one-page letter of recommendation from either the Dean of your Faculty/School or the Chair of your Department.
Your current university student identification card, with a photocopy of it
A current photograph of yourself
Please include an explanation of why you require and should be awarded the scholarship (not more than one-half typed page).
A type-written, double-spaced, two-page essay on:
