Two days ago Hackers Anonymous hacked into the website of the ministry of defence in Russia and made away with over 800gigs of data. They promised to leak this information and today they Leaked a document from Russia with order to film propaganda videos in order to discredit the attitude of Ukrainian forces to POWs

In the document dated 21st of March 2022, General Bulgakov is concerned about the Russian military surrendering en masse and refusing to fight.

He ordered to develop and distribute a series of videos demonstrating the inhumane behavior of the Armed Forces Of Ukraine as a propaganda.

This in essence explains one of the fake videos we saw recently trying to depict Ukrainian soldiers shooting the legs of Russian POWs.

And by the way, as a confirmation that Sergei Shoigu the Original Minister of defence is either dead or has truly suffered from a heart attack after meeting with Putin since he has not been seen for about 2 weeks now, the letter was signed by Bulgakov and addressed him as TEMPORARY MINISTER OF DEFENCE of the Russian Federation.
