Since the attack happened there has been so much emphasis about the doctor that died because she is from the south east and based in the North.

Over 60 people died in that attack and so many others injured as well and 80% for these victims are northerners but so far, no body has cared about these innocent lives that were lost only to be bringing up sentiment for one victim that was involved because of her tribe.

When will Nigerians learn to become one regardless of tribe and religion in order to use one voice from North, South, East and West to challenge any failing government?

When will Nigerians stop being tribal bigots and identify themselves as one human being in same nation to stand together and fight for good governance instead of attacking one another.

This is 2022 and we are still like this, it's a big shame to us all.
Not only were they killed by the Northeners, they have Northerner in power.
And many northerners are sympathetic to the Jihadists including Northern leaders

If it is only the name of their prophet that was misspelled or mispronounced by Southerners especially Christians, ...............Heads of innocent people would have rolled.

Let everyone mourn their losses. When the south was protesting against police brutality through the END SARS protest, the North backed out and even said that SARS is not their problem. That we emphasize on our loss does not negate the fact that other people died or that they are not important. If the solidarity you are looking for now we didn't get it during the END SARS campaign, then you need to check the meaning of the word HYPOCRISY
Make Una juss do quick get Una kontri make Una go.

Didn't you read about the distasteful replies she got on Twitter when she posted that she was shot and asking for prayer?

That's why she is treding above others. Stop being a tribalist

I don't think much emphasis was laid on her because of her tribe but because people were mocking her and calling her all sorts of names when she tweeted that she was shot

Only sensible comment so far. OP is actually the mumu tribalist

the only reason why I'm quoting you is because you tried to sound logical but you ended up being foolish.
here the OP was trying to educate you southerners on your ethnic and tribal display of stupidity not because the public sympathise with chinelo.
the rubbish comments even here shows that southerners believe it was a witch hunt or should I say choose to believe it was a witch hunt against southerners.
you believed over 60 people died which I believe might be more but despite your acclaimed which hunt, only chinelo was the southernern that was killed.
yeah southerners and their family won't hide the death of their loved ones like northeners do.
you see on one end, your people believe southerners were the target, on the other end, you believe southerners don't hide their casualties like northerners.
you see how unintelligent an illogical you folks think??
you try to sound intelligent but sentiment block the analytical part of your brains.
you can try as much as you can to school me while trying to use already copied English, I don't care but please try to redefined yourself and make logical comment next time.

when you keep this kind of delusion, you'll always see the underdeveloped north as your GOD.
I see after trying to sound 'objective' and 'logical' you've finally reverted to type. Who the hell sees the north as their god? You are the one who suffers delusions of grandeur. Oh and before you correct another person's English, learn to spell and use correct tenses. Your superiority falls flat.

I understand that the protest was hijacked. Every life lost was precious. The bottom line is the decaying effect of bad leadership. The tragedies were all avoidable but lives lost are irreplaceable. There is no guarantee in my view that dismembering the country will be the solution. Our elites are United in misgovernance and corruption.

But you cannot honestly deny the rate of igbophobia in Nigeria. Remember Danladi Umar's 'biafran boys' tag. Remember also that the DSS have been raising alarms using tags such as 'unscrupulous elements, agents of destabilization' etc. to describe terrorists and other criminals that are planning one sinister move or the other, but few days ago, they were categorical that IPOB planned to bomb the Abuja stadium.

IPOB was quickly proscribed but it took a lot of pressures from Civil Societies to get the bandits proscribed. This was after failed attempts at amnesty. An offer that was never given to IPOB.

All wrongdoings should be condemned and treated EQUALLY. Until there is no 97% and 5%, those of us who believe in a truly United Nigeria are delusional because some people are acting otherwise
