Tiwa Savage was born on the 5th of Ferbruary 1980, which means that she is currently 42 years old. She was born in Isale Eko, the central LGA in Lagos Island.

Tiwa Savage moved to London at the age of eleven, there she completed her secondary school education and kickstarted her music career at the age of 16.

She Graduated from Berkley College of Music before she got her first publishing deal with Sony in 2009,

Tiwa had to cut of the deal and then move back to Nigeria because of the growth of Afrobeats. 4 years later, she signed a deal with Mavin Records and began dropping hit songs.
