I want to buy a laptop hp stream 11 pro g4, is it a good laptop?. I also saw that it's internal storage is 128gb which is somehow small because I make use of large volume of textbooks and lecture videos.

You can always use an external storage, since it's just for reading textbook and lecture videos,you can go for it.
