For now, no where on the island has up to 20hours of electricity... Except you want to move to Ikoyi. 3 million may not be enough for that.
Your best bet is to move to a serviced apartment where your rent will be about the 3m and you pay between 1m to 1.5m as service charge. With that, you are guaranteed of 24hrs electricity.

Guy are you a novice. Estates now have general gen and deicated power lines to run 24 hrs every day. Multiple Estates on Chevron drive and Orchid road run such schemes. Even we have fixed 19hrs every week and 24 hrs weekends/ public holidays at where i live after Abraham Adesanya.

1.8 - 2.1 Million depending on the interior decor for a 2 bedroom flat.

Service charge varies but for my estate( its 360k per year which covers security, cleaning, water and waste management as well) while you buy a minimum of 35k for power which is very okay in terms of usage for a month if well managed.

I can refer you to the facility Manager bro. Just responding to your post to let you know you can get a very good 2 bedroom in Ajah for an average of 2M per year based on the fact that i live at an Estate which is in Ajah.
