Mention the Worst Company to work for in Nigeria, & give Reasons.

If possible, mention the names of the people in the company who make it terrible to work there.

Personal experiences only...

We learn by learning from other people's experiences.

ChamsSwitch, they won't pay your salary till the 45th of the month 15days after last day and you only get part payment. They are owing me close to a million Naira since 2019, I don't have time to go after them, they have lots of pending salary Cases in court.

Glo.

Glo customer care to be specific.

I know people who have been earning the same salary for 15 years.

It would be easy to sit outside and say why don't they get out? Well some do get out out of frustration but some people just keep hoping that 'salary increase' is coming and they keep 'waiting for Godot'.

No clear path to career growth. KPIs mean nothing and structure and hierarchy is very fluid, to the extent that a superior may be earning far lower than his/her subordinate.

Mad place.

I really can't mention name of the company because my phone number is in my signature.

If only there were a way to make this anonymous, I would write a full article about that company.

Did you know??

Stop normalizing daily alcohol consumption. Alcohol causes a type of serious liver disease known as cirrhosis, and you may not know about it until it is too late.

Do not work for any company where the manager is related to the owner.

You will suffer!

As a man, you will be a sufferer!

As a woman, I send my condolences.

You risk getting beaten up when you need to do your job

2. Indian-owned companies.

Not true please. Except if you don't like your job description but the staff knew before agreeing to the offer. Regardless, your salary and allowance is certain every month.

PS. I'm not talking about outsourced staff.
