Our client, a renowned Real Estate Property Development company, is recruiting suitable candidate to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Executive
Location: Lagos

Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the promotion of the company’s products to clients and prospects in bid to make sales
The candidate must have good communication skills, leadership, negotiation and must be social media active user.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plan and forecast to achieve corporate objectives for products and services
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through relationship building, cold calling, networking and via social media
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
Responsible for lead generation for the company
Explain importance of firm’s product to prospects
Identify buyer persona profiles for the firm
Negotiate/ close deals and handle enquiries, queries, complaints or objections
Collaborate with team members for enhanced efficiency
Influence, communicate, motivate and inspire team members to make sales
Prepare a comprehensive report on competitors and make sales forecast
Handling of customers questions, enquiries and complains

Requirement
OND, HND ,Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or any relevant field
A minimum of 3-8 years of experience within Real Estate /Property Development Industry
Strong team management skills ;
Access to high network clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working and can grow network of affiliate property marketers
Self-motivated and highly entrepreneurial, with a passion for chasing impactful opportunities

Remuneration
Salary and earn up to 3million commission based on performance, networking and wealth of experience
