Forget that one ohh. I drove car with follow come police tell me say make I call person wey tell me say permit is not needed for follow come. Called an uncle wey na CP and he confirmed that weda na hand-made or follow come, you need a permit. This was in 2020 though and he had to speak to the police guy on phone b4 him free me.

The current official info is that police are no longer giving tint permit so no police officer has the right to delay you over tint permit. They have the right to search such cars sha. This is current info from police PRO.

Now that they don't have the right to delay or arrest bcus of tint..it means tint can b applied without permit..bcus nobody will sanction you
