Courtney Tailor, 25, who should be in prison, was spotted at a hotel bar in Miami, enjoying a drink with her new white boyfriend, barely 6 days after murdering her black boyfriend, Christian Obumseli Tobechukwu.

In the video, which is now going viral on social media, a woman's voice, believed to be that of the Instagram user @gingergirl438, could be heard telling the alleged killer that "You should go....cause you just killed your boyfriend", prompting her and her male companion to walk away.

Courtney, who's yet to be charged, was hospitalized over mental health concerns after making suicidal threats while in police custody, police said. 

Meanwhile, the black community has turned down requests from Tobechukwu's sister to help amplify her family's call for justice.

The rejection comes on the heels of recent excavated tweets, revealing the family's anti-black philosophy.

As soon as Tobechukwu died, the ghosts of his old tweets disdaining black women were resurrected and circulated on social media. As if that wasn't enough, the dirty past of his justice-seeking sister, @SheNigerian, was also exhumed, revealing her anti-black rhetorics and disdain for black men and "akata". It was a family thing after all.

Obviously, this was too much for the community to handle, hence decided to leave her and her family to their fate. Which is why #JusticeForToby is yet to trend. Instead, the community has been blasting her and her family, since the revelations, forcing her to lock her comments.
