Let me tell you about the bank marketing Job, if you are giving a Target as a fresh employees, you are only give 6 month to meet up, after 6 month and you don't meet up, you are going to be sack and another fresh people Will be employed. Enquiry about the bank marketing very well before u venture into it.

The N100K is bait ... do you really think you can reach that target?.... in this economy? What happens if the target is not met? Any job has pros and cons... it's for you to consider all factors before deciding if it is better remain in your present job or take a leap and hope for the best.

How do you hope to attract 20 business or corporate account per month? Or you don't know there will be sanctions for failure to meet up. With time your N100,000 will be less than N60,000 as penalties will be deducted for failure to meet up.

I will give you an advice because I worked with the bank and I am a Digital Marketer now.

First thing is, what do you want? You're in your prime where money should be the least of your goals now l, you should be after knowledge. The bank will teach you how to relate with people and will teach you sales too but is it in line with your goals and is there a career growth in the bank?

For Digital Marketing, What I can tell you is you'll climb the ranks if only you focus and learn. You can easily earn nice 6 figures if you focus on learning and change jobs later. I wish I did this when I graduated years ago.

So the ball is in your court to choose. I won't tell you what to do.

The world has moved and you need to follow the trend. Go for the digital marketing job and stay with the company for 2-3 years. Make sure you learn it so well, especially SEO analytics. Afterwards, start applying for foreign jobs. You will land one in no time and dump your Naija company. Good luck.

Getting personal banking accounts are herculean, now you're indicating on boarding business accounts; don't be carried away with the term "bank". Face your digital marketing and explore more opportunities therein. Good luck.

But I will advise you go for the banking job, save and vamoose. Just know that if you don't get the target, enough monthly queries for you. Just endure am, gather your money and wait for the inevitable

Forget about the banking job contract and take up the digital marketing job.

For you to be offered digital marketing job, it means you've smattering or deep digital skills already.
