An automobile company is looking to recruit a Receptionist in Lekki Lagos (Female).

Location: Ikota Lekki

Responsibilities of Receptionist in Lekki Lagos 

Opens and prepares files for vehicle sales and dealer exchanges.

Records vehicle sales and purchases in the computer system.

Processes the sales recorded for the month at the end of every month.

Prepares various statistical reports on sales, stock, orders and management.

Forwards the reports to the sales manager.

Records the purchase invoices in the computer system and makes the adjustments to balance the accounts.

Organizes and plans dealer exchanges, together with the sales manager.

Helps the marketing director register new and previously used cars.

Prepares the documents required to register the demonstration cars.

Processes/records, keeps a log of all incoming and outgoing, sold vehicles and keep contacts of our existing and new customers.

Trains colleagues to assume the daily responsibilities of sales secretary.

Maintains a professional appearance and a tidy work station.


Requirements

Efficient with Excel.

Excellent command / highly proficient in spoken and written English.

Should reside within Lekki - Ajah axis.
