- experience in paid advertising, e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads or similar
- Strong interest in digital technologies and social networks
- Good to very good technical understanding, especially regarding digital platforms and adtech (tracking, cookies, pixels, etc.)
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel), (MySQL or R an advantage)
- Good to very good understanding of mathematics, especially statistics/data science
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in natural or economic sciences, technology, mathematics
- Ability to quickly recognize correlations and interpret quantitative results
- Good communication
