mobile trucks hawking kerosene as promised by the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation and Capital Oil and Gas. The special distribution of the product commenced on Saturday. The corporation’s spokesman, Dr. Levi Ajuonuma, however, said that the pilot scheme commenced in Lagos on Friday The official said that the project ought to have commenced last week, adding that logistic problems had hindered its implementation. |
