You meant agency or ministry which is Run by LAMATA an agency under Lagos state government transport ministry run BRT, Lagos had estates like Rivers, Sokoto, and Kano etc ,But needed a modern industrial hub for the future , the Lagos marina , Victoria Island etc are fully occupied cannot lead and can't accommodate the future dreams and Investments. Hence the new industrial estates

It's houses all tribes in business, government and traditional institutions. A son of nobody can be somebody here , you can migrate from any part of the country and have a say in Lagos.
