2023 Presidency: Rotimi Amaechi will win if Apc gives him ticket and PDP gives Peter Obi ticket, I see Amaechi from South South clinching the APC presidential ticket to weaken PDP's stronghold.

Now, lets look at it this way:

South South is the strongest PDP zone as at today.

Let me start with River State where former Governor and current minister of Transport Rt Hon.Rotimi Amaechi and the current Governor and former Minister of Education (State) Nyesom Wike comes from and they are Chieftains of their parties, I believe Apc will win 2023 presidential election if Amaechi is the APC flag bearer, APC will win or 50/50 because of Wike factor.

Cross River State

The current Governor Prof. Ben Ayade APC, defected from PDP to APC last year, APC will win presidency 65/35

Akwaibom State

The Governor Udom Emmanuel PDP, APC will win 60/40

Bayelsa State

Governor Duoye Diri PDP, APC won the last Govenorship election in late 2019 but the Supreme Court overturned the victory in favour of PDP a day to the swearing in of the New governor. APC will win 70/30

Delta State

Sen. Ifeanyi Okowa PDP, APC will win 60/40

Edo State

Godwin Obaseki PDP but APC has been ruling this state since 2009 or 2010 till last year when Obaseki defected from APC to PDP and won his 2nd Term, APC will win 70/30.

South East was another PDP strong Region but APC is waxing stronger.

Lets start with Anambra state where PDP Presidential hopeful and former Governor Peter Obi comes from and Minister of Employment and also a former Governor Sen.Chris Ngige also from this great state which has produced people like Dr. Nnamdi Azikiwe, Odumegwu Ojukwu, Dr. Dora Akunyili etc. The current Governor Prof. Charles Soludo and APGA will support Peter Obi to win.

PDP will win 80/20

Ebonyi State

Engr. Dave Umahi APC, he defected from PDP to APC last year. PDP will win 60/40

Enugu State

Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi PDP.
PDP will win 70/30

Abia State

Gov. Okezie Ikpeazu PDP

PDP will win 60/40

Imo State

Sen. Hope Uzodinma APC but PDP won in 2019, Supreme Court Removed a sitting Governor and declared APC as the winner of the 2019 Governorship General Election. The PDP National Secretary is from this State.

PDP will win 65/35

Now, lets look at South West but we will not go into much details, Amaechi will win all the states because its APC controlled Region , PDP with Peter Obi as Flag Bearer can secure 25-30% in Lagos State, Oyo State and Osun State.
But with Alhaji Atiku, PDP may win some states in this Region.

In the North PDP will not make much impact with Mr. Peter Obi.

But if PDP gives Alhaji Atiku Abubarka the Ticket and APC gives Rt. Hon. Rotimi Amaechi , APC will win.

But if APC gives Tinubu or Osibanjo and PDP gives Atiku, PDP will win the Presidency if APC did not Rig the 2023 Election.

Note: South East may not vote for Alhaji Atiku if Mr. Peter Obi is denied PDP ticket.
I don't see PDP giving Mr. Peter Obi the ticket because South East does not have the voting power and PDP cannot win 2023 Presidential election with Mr. Peter Obi as the flag bearer.

There is still possibility to give PDP Ticket to Mr. Peter Obi if APC gives Rotimi Amaechi but APC will still win.

PDP can do without South East because of IPOB, insecurity and other factors.South East cannot produce more than 1.5m votes in a General election.

Lastly, APC will give Amaechi the Ticket and no candidate of PDP can defeat Amaechi. PDP will be destabilized because South South is the only region with more PDP presence.

You didn't mention the VP.
I think he will attract more votes from the south east than tinubu, however, politics is not won on paper. When the jungle matures groundwork and penetration will play vital parts.

In Delta State APC is a collosal failure.

Unless the election is seriously manipulated, Amaechi can not win.

Stop nonsense. Niger Delta cannot produce President until Igbos do.

Nobody will zone the Presidency to Igbo villages. Igbos should bring out their candidate and mobilize for him. Igbos should stop watching while Tinubu is everywhere. You cannot say the first masquerade to dance will later watch other masquerades dance. Tinubu is a big masquerade that has been dancing in the political sphere since 1992 and he will continue to dance because he has the resources, and his associates control the Media. You already know that Captain of the Yoruba team is Osinbajo, while the Chief Coach/Captain Emeritus is Tinubu, so it should be easy for Igbos to draw their own winning strategy.

So, Igbos should come out and start mobilizing for their candidate, if not, Yorubas will snatch it again, and you will cry blood. Once again, Presidency will never be zoned to anyone's village. Obasanjo contested with Alex Ekwueme, Emeka Ojukwu, Muhammadu Buhari, Abubakar Rimi, and some other clowns. The Presidency was never zoned to Obasanjo's village.

Igbos have never been afraid of confronting anybody, they should prove that even now. Yoruba, Niger Delta, Hausa, Fulani, Kanuri have ruled the country and run us into debts,Igbos too should come and try their best.

Peter Obi is more loved in SW compared to Ameachi, the Northern Christians will vote Peter Obi ten times over Ameachi.
APC has no chance in Delta, Akwa Ibom, Rivers Edo especially against Peter Obi..

The only place Peter Obi will struggle to get even 20% is NW & NE except Adamawa and Taraba (PDP will always win here no matter what)

What people fail to realised is that many northerners don't even like atikwu like that, despite been a northerner, I have relate with some northern friends and I can assure you guys most of them see atikwu as too (digital) or should I say a modernize individual who is too attached to the western culture and ( not a northern tribalist) like buhari.......if PDP insist on giving atikwu the ticket and ameachi wins APC primary(for instance) I see ameachi beating and giving atikwu the beating of his life at the presidential poll, the south east would definitely not vote atikwu again this time around like they did the last time because the would feel betray by pdp for not giving them the presidential ticket and vote ameachi inrespictive of party, after all ameachi can be considered to be Igbo too, instead of atikwu a northerner like rabiu kwankwaso would even gain more northern votes than atikwu for pdp ( I know he has decamped) because he is more loved there(in the north), let's not forget the power of incumbency that favors APC at the moment, more over the reason atikwu did so well against bihari the last time was because most Nigerians wanted bihari out of power that was why he got so much vote (majorly from the east and south)
